1. Our policy
Track Record (operated by HEDELL GROUP LTD.) respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to copyright infringement notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Track Record infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.

Required information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, URL, registration number, etc.)
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the service (URL or post ID, specifically)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
* Insufficient notices may not be acted on. * Knowingly making false claims may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or equivalent law.
3. After we receive a notice
- When we receive a valid notice, we will limit visibility of or remove the identified content within 72 hours.
- We will notify the poster of the removal (without disclosing the notifier's identity).
- The poster has the right to submit a counter-notice (see below).
- We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content of yours was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to info@hedellgroup.com including:
- Identification of the removed content and its location prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or for foreign users, the federal district court for the Southern District of New York)
- Your physical or electronic signature
On receipt of a valid counter-notice we will notify the original notifier and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the notifier files suit.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers (DMCA § 512(i)).
6. Notices under non-US law
Users outside the U.S. may submit takedown requests under the applicable law of their jurisdiction. Japanese users may rely on the Provider Liability Limitation Act. For details, please contact info@hedellgroup.com.
7. To our users
- Do not post copyrighted works of others without authorization. Quotation must satisfy the legal requirements (clear distinction, proper proportion, attribution).
- For commercial use of trademarks or logos, obtain the rights holder's consent.
- Reuse of AI-generated content (e.g., OSINTO) must follow Track Record's Terms of Service.
